All bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a reinforced heavy-duty box. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide to help you complete the final assembly in under 30 minutes.

What is your return policy for gear and bikes?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items for a full refund. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and original condition.

Do Cycle bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, every Cycle frame is covered by a lifetime warranty, while components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.

What payment methods do you accept?
